Hello to you on this beautiful day.
And here we are with the title of The New is Already Here.
And it is,
You know,
It's inside you.
It's inside in all of your cells waiting,
Waiting to have the light shone on it,
Waiting for you to see it,
Waiting for you to stop seeing behind you,
Waiting for you to see you clearly now.
Ah,
Yes,
You now.
So today we're going to just dig a little and shine the light on some of those spots and help you to see a bit more of this new you.
So have a drink of water and as you have that drink,
Ask the water to hydrate every cell in your body.
By intention one mouthful will do this.
You don't have to drink a lot.
And feel that activation as it goes.
Activations don't have to be long winded,
You know.
An intention and your own inner magic will activation create.
And when you're ready,
Get comfortable your way,
Just your way.
Sitting lying or carrying on with your day.
You'll hear this how you're meant to and how it is for you.
And your higher guidance,
Your spirit team,
Source,
Whatever you want to call it,
Is here with us assisting in the transition.
So let's say thank you for all of the guidance and all of the love,
Especially when we don't see it or feel it,
We know it's there.
Now let's look at your breathing.
Have a look at where your breath is right now.
Are you breathing up in your chest?
Down further into your lungs?
Actively take a big deep breath in.
Push your tummy out with the coming in breath.
And then slowly allow that breath to just leak out of you.
Do that again,
A big in breath.
And then slowly let it go.
Do that a couple more times with the music.
And now just allow your breath to be natural.
It should be naturally falling into your lower lungs too.
Less stress.
Your shoulders will feel less stressed.
Have a quick scan of your body in the next few seconds and just see if there's anywhere that needs a de-stress.
Anywhere that needs extra love breathed into it.
And now on your next in breath,
Breathe in love that's just floating in the air.
Watch that there is love floating in the air.
People like us put love out into the air.
And you can return it exponentially on your next breath.
Breathing love in and then blowing out exponential love.
This love goes and settles where it's needed or it's there for you to use again.
And now on your next breath,
Breathe in love and allow on the out breath that love to land in your heart library.
Breathe in love and land that love in your heart library.
Intend that your breathing keeps doing this over the next few breaths as we move into your heart library.
And on every breath,
On every heartbeat,
We're intending that your blood picks up the knowledge from your heart library that you need today and carries it throughout your system.
Every bit of blood that goes through your heart also goes through your heart library,
Bringing what you need today out into the blood stream and sharing it throughout your body.
Carrying this new knowledge out through your nerve endings,
Into your muscles,
Through all of your organs and reaching every cell,
Reaching every atom,
Every in breath.
Breathing love.
The love lands in your heart library,
Shining that information that you need today.
Your blood takes it on a journey throughout your body as far as your nerve endings,
Your hair follicles,
Your toes,
Your fingertips.
Everything you need for today.
Allow this information to land and hold a pure love and tension that you will see the how and the why and the where whenever you need to,
Without quantifying,
Without overthinking,
Without making anything hard.
Just pure divine knowledge carried with love into your body,
Alerting you to the new.
Know in your heart and in your mind and in your entire being that this has activated fresh knowledge for you with your power and your magic.
Hold the ongoing intention that as we finish this meditation,
Your breath will draw in love on every in breath and on every out breath.
The new will be shined for you inside your heart library,
Carrying that information around your whole beautiful unique body for you,
For your awareness,
For what you see,
For how you shine,
For who you are on this journey.
Follow with your own uniqueness.

It's time to come back.
If you've gone away,

You need to come back to the here and now with your beautifully refreshed body.
This is a very simple process that you can do again by either listening to this meditation again or remembering as you get used to doing it and making it part of your day.
Holding the intention for the new to be seen by you.
And as you're coming back to the here and now,
Ask your body to remember what we've done today and to clearly show you when it has slipped or when your thinking has slipped back into the old.
Because as we transition,
It's not a straight line and you may well find yourself with old thoughts.
It's a very simple thing to remember to breathe in love,
Blend it in your heart library,
Shine it on what you need to know today in this moment and activate your system with this knowledge.
