Linda is the founder of The Tree Path™ and creator of The Tree Method™—a nature-inspired approach that helps women move from pain, fear, and self-doubt into greater strength, stability, and embodied well-being. After experiencing two serious falls that changed her own body and life, Linda became deeply committed to helping others find a gentler, more sustainable path forward through movement, mindfulness, and compassionate support. Through yoga, meditation, Reiki, breathwork, and mindful movement practices, she guides women living with back pain—and those wanting to better support their bodies as they age—toward greater confidence, resilience, and ease. Linda’s yoga classes blend intentional movement, nervous system support, mindfulness, and energy healing in a way that feels accessible, grounding, and empowering. She holds numerous certifications including Hatha Yoga, meditation, Reiki, osteoporosis, balance and senior fitness, along with specialized training in cancer, cardiac health, MS, Parkinson’s, PTSD, trauma, and addiction-sensitive practices.
