I'd like to congratulate you on accepting this challenge and being with me over the last four days.
I hope that this has brought you a new awareness,
Presence,
Acceptance of where you are in this moment.
The beginner's mind,
One of curiosity and appreciation of our life just as it is.
For our final day together,
As always,
May find a comfortable seated position.
Or if you are exploring out in the world,
Allow yourself to be in a position of comfortable wakefulness.
Deepen your breath,
Allowing yourself to settle into this moment.
And turn your attention to your sense of touch.
Become aware of your physical body and all you are touching and all that is touching you.
Begin with your feet.

Are they pressing into the floor?
Is there sock or shoe surrounding your feet?
Noticing texture,
Pressure,
And pressure.
Travel up the body,
Observing the legs.
Is there an area where the body connects with a chair?
The sensation of the body pressing down and the chair pressing back up.
If your hands are resting on your thighs,
Can you notice the sensation of the hands resting on the thighs and the thighs pressing up into the hands?
Noting the differing sensations from either side.
Pressure,
Texture,
And pressure.
Temperature.
Watching your body as you breathe,
Perhaps you notice fabric moving,
Stretching across the body and across the skin as you inhale and exhale.
Noting a cool breeze on exposed skin.
What are all the different sensations of touch in your physical body?
Noting them,
Watching them,
Letting them go.
