Lindsey has been teaching Mindfulness Meditation since 2014. In addition to being a Certified Mindfulness Facilitator, she is a Kripalu Yoga Instructor (KYAA - RYT 200) and Yoga4Cancer (y4c) trained teacher. Lindsey studied the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program at the New York Zen Center for Contemplative Care. Her mentors include Kerry Docherty of The Mindful Mentors and Jon Aaron of Mindfulness Meditation New York Collaborative. Lindsey credits Aruni Nan Futuronsky for planting the Mindfulness seed.

I thought as I sit in a parking lot waiting for my better half this would be the perfect practice to try! The only problem was is that it ended much too quickly, which is a good problem, right? A long strand of Spanish Moss hanging from a tree in front of me made for a great focal point. I look forward to trying the other senses in this series, thanks! 🙏🏻
