
Joy Manifestation For Good Days, Bad Days, & Every Other Day
We're all seeking a little bit of joy in our lives, but joy is not so much something you find or achieve. Joy is a mindset that we develop and maintain. The path to a joyful mindset starts with setting the intention to feel joyful. Once the intention is set, it is very much about, not just believing but, KNOWING that you are joyful. Softly close your eyes or gently lower your gaze and position yourself well so that you can begin with that joyful intention. We recommend starting this track by turning up the corners of your mouth into a comfortable and authentic smile, but we'll leave that choice entirely up to you. En-JOY!

Bring yourself to a state of relaxation.
Conjure feelings of joy,
Serenity and bliss.
Bring your focus over to your breathing.
Slowly bring the air around you in through your nose.
Feel the air as it enters your body.
As you breathe in,
Allow the air to expand your lower belly.
Hold the air inside you and allow the air to inhabit your body.
Now part your lips and slowly allow the air to exit your body.
Focus on the feeling of release and the temperature of your breath and body.
Continue to breathe just like this.
Over and over,
Maintaining a slow and steady pace.
As you continue to breathe,
You will feel yourself fall into a deeper state of relaxation.
At this time,
Feel free to adjust your body so that it feels comfortable.
Feeling relaxed and practicing good posture.
Keep your eyes closed if that is comfortable for you.
Bring your focus to your physical body.
Be aware of every piece of your body from the top of your head to the tips of your toes.
Shift this focus that you've created way down your body all the way to your feet.
Imagine the tops of your feet.
Imagine your toes.
Imagine the soles of your feet.
Imagine your heels and your ankles.
Allow every ounce of your energy to only inhabit the entirety of your feet.
While you inhabit your feet,
Look for any blocks or negative energy that are impeding on your feelings of happiness,
Harmony and healing.
When you've found any blocks or negative energy,
Open one of your body's windows and simply allow the blocks and negative energy to lift up and drift out of your body and float far away until they are gone.
The only feelings left in your feet are feelings of euphoria.
Assign a color to your feeling of euphoria.
This can be any color that gives you the feeling of pure well-being.
It can be violet,
Indigo,
Blue,
Green,
Yellow,
Orange,
Red,
Any color.
Imagine that color.
Imagine the specific shade and brightness of that color.
Imagine your feet filling with your color of euphoria.
Your feet filling up with this color like a glowing glass of liquid.
Watch as the color radiates positive sensations within your feet.
As your feet become full with color,
Allow this color to slowly spill over up into your legs.
It fills your legs up towards your knees and pushes any darkness or negativity residing in your legs outside of your body so that the darkness and negativity escapes,
Dissolves and disappears.
All of the negativity slowly escapes and dissolves as the color makes its way up to your knees.
Your legs are now free of blocks and darkness.
Your legs only feel pleasure.
As your euphoric color reaches your knees,
The color begins to spiral.
The color begins to spiral and twirl around your knees,
Around and around.
Just like a firefly,
Joyfully flying around your knees.
The spiraling creates a funnel which your body uses to filter any bad energy out of your body.
The bad energy enters the funnel and then exits your body,
Draining away.
Your knees are filled with nothing but your colorful euphoria.
Allow the color in your knees to fill up into your upper legs and fill with color up towards your hips where you can feel the filling sensation.
You can feel how your body changes as the color fills up and the darkness is pushed out and forced to leave.
There is no room for sadness and darkness.
Your color reaches your hips and you find your legs elated and exhilarated.
Your legs are full of euphoria and your euphoric color.
The lower part of your body is now in complete ecstasy.
You can picture the complete lower half of your body glowing,
Shimmering and radiating your euphoric color.
Take a moment to take in this feeling of ecstasy.
Think about the feeling you are experiencing.
Enjoy this feeling.
Remember this feeling.
Allow this feeling to carry you.
Focus on your colorful energy that has reached your hips.
Allow your colorful energy to remain at your hips for a moment,
Sitting right between your hips As your color levitates between your hips,
Give this energy the nourishment it needs to grow.
Watch as you allow this colorful energy to expand.
It begins to grow brighter between your hips and grows into a bright glowing orb Your orb that you created with your colorful energy sends the negative energy within your hips away,
Far away.
All that remains within your hips is your beautiful glowing orb of powerful healing energy.
Pay attention to the feeling of your color as it expands up from your hips,
Filling your stomach.
Feel the warmth of the color.
Feel how the color fills you up and wraps around you.
Feel how the color makes you feel full and satisfied.
Notice how any feelings of unhappiness are eliminated by this feeling of fullness.
There is only room in your body for feelings of joy and delightfulness.
Your color now fills up from your belly to your chest.
Here your color will fill your lungs,
Your heart and your chest as a whole.
As you breathe calmly and slowly,
Allow the color to fill your chest,
Much like you are filling your lungs and body with air.
Breathe in the positive energy through your nose,
Breathe out the negative energy through your mouth,
Pushing the negative energy out and away from your body.
As your color fills up to the top of your chest,
Feel it begin to grow,
Feel it begin to grow,
Much like a beautiful organic vine up through your collarbone and out towards your shoulders.
Your euphoric color radiates off of your collarbone and shoulders.
You can feel the positive warmth of this healthy,
Glowing radiation on your neck,
The bottom of your chin and the lobes of your ears.
And your colorful vines of euphoria continue to grow and easily drape from the tops of your shoulders to the very tips of your fingers,
Filling your arms and hands completely with delight.
Your feeling of delightfulness pushes any darkness and shadow through the tips of your fingers and out of your body.
Watch the darkness float away.
Coming back to your collarbone,
Your euphoric color will fill the remaining top of your body the slowest of all,
In a sensational flowing way.
Your color creeps up the back of your neck inch by inch,
Slowly making its way to the very back of your head.
From here,
Your color sprawls out over the top and sides of your head,
Like two hands and ten fingers deeply massaging your scalp.
As this sensation reaches your forehead and temples,
It simply trickles down your face like a refreshing splash of water.
Pause to appreciate this clean,
Wet,
Refreshing feeling that is pouring down your face.
All the while,
Any remaining specks of darkness escape through the top of your head and fly far away into the sky.
By now,
Your entire body is in a complete state of euphoria.
You are completely filled with your euphoric color.
Draw your attention to the feelings of elation,
Contentment and satisfaction flowing through your entire body.
Watch as your color swirls,
Twirls and gracefully flies throughout your entire body like a cluster of fireflies soaring throughout your body,
Producing an electric pleasure center through and through.
Feel this sensational,
Satisfying energy in your face,
Feel it in your arms,
In your shoulders,
Your chest,
Feel it in your belly and in your hips,
Feel it all throughout your legs,
Feel it in your feet and in the very tips of your toes.
Feel as this electricity produces a feeling of weightlessness.
Feel your entire body become lighter,
So light that your body lifts off of the ground,
Effortlessly levitate as nothing but air sits above,
Below and all around you.
Just float.
As you continue to listen to the sound of my voice,
Allow the images to develop in your mind naturally at your own pace.
If imagery is not the strongest of your senses,
Feel free to utilize your other senses Taste,
Sound,
Touch and smell can all be used to create and enhance your guided journey.
This is your journey and you may experience it in whichever way will make you feel best.
You find yourself outdoors,
In a beautiful grassy field.
You can feel the soft green blades of grass between your toes,
The smell of evergreen brushes past your nose,
Hints of floral scents fill the air as you gaze across the grassy field at a vibrant garden,
Patterned with all the colors of the rainbow.
The bright yellow sun lays a warm blanket over your skin,
A light breeze pushes its way past your face,
Around your head and behind your neck.
This raises the hairs on your arms and the back of your neck.
You can hear the wind lightly rustle through the grass,
Through the flowers,
Through the trees and the leaves.
You find comfort in this place.
You are safe.
Slowly saunter over to a nearby fruit tree.
Enjoy your journey to the tree.
The closer you get to the tree,
The more relaxed you begin to feel,
Falling into a sensation of total relaxation.
The tree is abundant with fruit.
A special tree with a variety of fruit,
Some of which you've never seen before.
Reach up and pluck one of the fruit from the tree.
Hold the fruit.
Appreciate the fruit.
Feel the texture of the fruit.
Feel the weight.
Notice its color.
Lean into the fruit.
What does it smell like?
Joyfully take a bite of the fruit.
A pleasing texture fills your mouth.
What appetizing flavor does the fruit taste like?
Swallow the fruit.
Enjoy the fruit.
Swallow the fruit.
As the fruit enters your belly,
It nourishes your body with a glowing ray of healing energy.
You feel nourished.
You feel full.
You feel content.
You feel joyful and happy.
You take another bite of the fruit.
This time,
The flavor of the fruit is amplified,
Sending your taste buds into a cheerful frenzy.
The pleasurable flavor continues to amplify,
Further enhancing your flavorful experience.
Take another bite of the fruit.
Enjoying the fruit while you chew.
This time,
The fruit causes your senses to reach your pleasure peak.
Swallow the fruit and take a moment to enjoy your senses at their peak.
This is your moment of happiness and love.
Relax.
Allow this feeling to take you over.
Enjoy the peacefulness of your meditation.
Trust your instincts and your heart to create an everlasting joy.
The universe speaks to you each day to help guide you to your true purpose and happiness.
Connect with your heart.
Recall a time when you felt comfort and joy,
Bringing yourself back to that moment and remind your heart of all the intensified happy feelings you felt in that moment.
You feel at peace.
In this moment,
You may be with a friend,
You may be with a family member,
You may be with a loved one,
You may be with someone who makes you feel happy.
Or you may find yourself partaking in a moment of happiness and joy.
Or you may find yourself perfectly happy and content just by yourself.
Feel how the joy of this moment fills your body with harmony,
Starting with your heart and spreading throughout the rest of your body.
Find yourself in this moment.
Imagine yourself there now.
Create the imagery bright and clear.
Tie yourself to this moment.
Connect yourself to this moment.
Miracles happen in these moments.
This is where you choose to be happy.
You can choose to be happy each day.
Happiness can be created through appreciation of all things.
If there is happiness in your future,
The next place your guided journey will take you is a place of appreciation.
Consider appreciation for the beautiful things that we already have.
Do not strive for external things that will give you superficial happiness.
Focus on your internal happiness that resides within you.
Think of your blessings.
By reminding yourself of your own happiness and your many blessings,
You will feel a sensation of healing.
What do you have to be grateful for?
Be grateful for the people who surround you.
Consider the support that you receive from others.
Know that the people around you see your value.
You should too.
Develop a perception of appreciation and gratefulness.
Take this time to think through one by one each and everything in your life.
That makes you happy.
Internally express your appreciation for these things.
Think of the loving people in your life.
Think about the comfort of your own home or safe place.
Think of the beauty of mother nature.
Grow your gratitude for these things.
Tell yourself that gratitude and appreciation come easy to you.
Expression of appreciation is how happiness is increased.
Happiness and appreciation are greatly connected.
Happiness is a state of mind.
It is not a finish line.
The more you tap into your happiness,
The more accessible it becomes.
Grow this muscle,
Exercise it,
Strengthen it,
Continue to breathe.
In your mind,
Silently speak these affirmations to yourself.
I am a little bit happier every day.
I anticipate a beautiful day.
I am excited for a new day.
Happy thoughts are a part of my natural makeup and well-being.
I acknowledge the things that make me happy.
This is what allows my happiness to grow.
My happiness is an everlasting voyage.
The day begins,
Is filled with and ends with happiness.
As you come close to the final stage of this meditation,
Ask yourself this,
What else must I do to make my happiness whole and complete?
Imagine simple things that you can do to bring yourself just a little more happiness.
Allow these things to come to your mind naturally.
What else do I need to do?
What do I need to do to bring these things to fruition?
What else do I need to do?

How do I achieve this?
How do I allow this shift in my life to take place?
Envision yourself making this change.
Envision how you feel while you're actually making this change.
Pay attention to how each of your senses respond to this groundbreaking change.
Envision each and every one of the steps you will take to grow the senses of happiness in your everyday life.
Now,
Envision yourself after you have effectively made this change.
Who are you with?
How do you feel?
Notice how much more happiness is residing within you.
Be in that moment.
See the happiness written on your face.
Imagine smiling and laughter.
You are where happiness grows and you can branch it out to others.
In this place,
You are the glowing vision of happiness.
You chose to be happy.
You took the steps and now you are in happiness.
Now you can enjoy it.
Continue to reside in this place of joy,
Bliss and happiness.
Take a few moments to simply be in this place.
Imagine the bright light of happiness flowing throughout your body.
You are in balance.
This is harmony.
As we reach the end of this meditation,
Come back to the sound of my voice.

Allow these things to stay with you.
