You see the beautiful and colorful lines and patterns.
Then you put the shell back and watch how the waves roll over it.
You can see how the shell is rolling with the waves.
But you stand firm with your feet on the ground.
The waves wash around your legs.
It is as if time stands still.
You are just standing there,
Breathing in the fresh salty air,
Listening to the waves.
Waves of gratitude flow from your heart into your body.
Gratitude for being alive,
For experiencing this moment by the ocean.
You can listen to a gentle voice that is asking you,
What brings you joy?
What would you love to do?
Where can you feel free and alive?
What can you do to bring these feelings into your day?
Notice what comes up for you.
How it feels like in your body.

Ideas.
Just observe them.
You come gently back,
Walk away from the waves.
