Breath Focused Meditation For Elevating Your Vibration From Sadness And Anger To Love, Happiness + Gratitude

We are all connected, but sometimes isolation and distance can make us forget and feel negatively about life. Do this meditation to relieve yourself from feelings of overwhelming anger and sadness and into a state of connected loving calm.

You are listening to the Motherhood Unstressed Podcast,

And I'm your host,

Liz Carlisle.

Thank you so much for joining me for another guided meditation,

For taking this time for yourself and for your mental and spiritual and physical well-being.

The hardest part is already done because you've pressed play and you've created this space around you in this moment right now for deep relaxation and knowing.

So as we settle in,

I want you to be comfortable.

Feel your shoulders drop away from your ears.

Whether you're laying down or seated,

You should feel your body sinking deeper and deeper into the ground with every breath.

As you focus on your breathing now,

Notice the slightest movement in your nose,

In your lungs,

And as the air makes its way back out,

Focus in on how every bit of your body feels with that action.

The slightest movement you're aware of,

The slightest sensation is the only thing you can focus on,

So keep breathing.

Keep noticing everything that has to do with that function,

And as you settle in even deeper,

Try and follow the path of the oxygen from your lungs to the rest of your body through your cells and in your blood.

Visualize the path as it goes from your lungs outward all the way to the tips of your fingers and toes.

Feel the deep vibration from within,

The hum of life,

Your life force,

Your unique spirit residing in your human body to have this human experience.

And as you're still feeling the sensation of the air emanating from your lungs to the rest of your body and you're noticing the vibration of your spirit within you,

Ever so slightly with your breath,

Expand your energy outward,

So not only is your spirit encompassing your body,

But that vibration and that hum is expanding outward,

Six inches from your body,

Then 12,

Then 18,

Then 24,

And so on,

Expanding out further and further until you encompass the area around you,

And the higher you go as you elevate vibration by vibration,

You feel a sense of connectedness to everything around you.

You are as connected to your neighbor as you are to someone across the world.

Distance doesn't matter.

History doesn't matter because right now we're all vibrating on the same wavelength.

Keep breathing.

Keep visualizing your expandedness with the rest of the universe.

And visualize with every breath you're getting higher and higher and higher energetically so that every negative and toxic thought that you might have been carrying can no longer reside with your vibration.

Send gratitude to the air entering your lungs and the path it's taking from your lungs throughout your body that allows your spirit to be able to visualize its connection to everything else because we can't have this knowing,

This self-awareness without a body to view it from.

So be grateful and send love to your body at the same time as you expand out and away from it and take your place with the rest of the energy that you're a part of.

Keep breathing.

Keep feeling gratitude.

And as we wind down,

Slowly,

As slowly as you did when you expanded,

Bring your energy back into your body,

Your sacred vessel.

But as you descend into your body,

You still carry that light vibration that you were just in.

It is part of you.

Carry that energy into the rest of your day,

Into the rest of your week and month and year.

Use it as a source of strength and if you feel yourself slipping into a lower vibration,

Anger and worry,

Anxiety,

Take a break,

Come to your breath and focus on elevating to a higher vibration just as we did today.

Take as long as you need to come back into your body.

You can press pause.

And when you do,

Come out.

Notice how much lighter you feel.

Notice the shift that you've made happen today by pressing play and spending some time with me.
