She lives in Brisbane, Queensland with her husband, son, daughter and black Labrador. She is a Yoga and Mindfulness Teacher, specialising in Mental Health and Trauma Sensitive Wellness. She is formally trained in Hatha Yoga, Accessible Yoga, Chair Yoga, Children’s Yoga, Yoga for Mental Health, Yoga Nidra and Meditation. She has a deep appreciation for the connection that exists between the body, mind and spirit and believes the key to a good life is the integration of all three.
