Welcome to this new year meditation.
Find a comfortable position where you feel at ease to breathe in and out without any restriction in your body and connect to your breath.
Your spine is long,
Your seat feel grounded,
The crown of your head is reaching for the sky.
Breathe slowly,
Deeply.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
And out.

Two,

Four.
Breathe in,
Two,
Three,
Four.
Out,

Four.
In,
Two,
Three,
Four.
And out,
Two,
Three,
Four.
Today I invite you to find joy in the journey of change,
To welcome what change brings.
Perhaps it brings fear at first.
It can be scary to get out of the comfort zone,
But the comfort zone is an illusion.
It brings laziness in our life.
Breathe deeply,
Softly.
Think about changes that you may apply in your life.
Perhaps for you,
It's to learn something new,
To bring confidence in your decisions.
What are those changes teaching us?
Keep breathing.
Exhaling,

Inhale,
Two,
Three,
Four.
Exhale,
Two,

Four.
Inhale,

Bring your attention back to your breath.
Changes may be letting go of old ways.
Humans love habits,
But are those habits good for you?
What do you think would be positive to change into your life?
Just like nature,
When we follow the seasons,
There's a renewing in every season change.
Us too have seasons,
And changes are not only positive,
They are essentials.
So how can you find joy in the journey of change?
How can you find more ease?
How can you go with the flow without falling into laziness or going with resistance?
As you breathe in,
Connect to your heart,
To your center,
And think whatever served you before that no longer serves you now.
And as you breathe out,
Let it go.
Breathe it out.
Because if we keep carrying everything that we acquired in our life,
It can feel heavy to keep going on our journey.
