Being here now,
Such a simple way to enjoy each moment of your precious life.
Feeling your breath,
Feeling your body,
Each sense opening like windows into here now.
Listening,
Listening to sounds.
Listening to sounds,
Listening to the space of silence between the words.
The window of your inner vision is also opening.
