You've arrived.
Time for you to take five for yourself.
A moment of respite,
Allowing yourself to rejuvenate,

Feeling the spine sinking and heaving into the sweet support system beneath you,
Letting go,
Surrender.
Feel the muscles melt away any and all tension.

Sensations of my body?
This sacred body temple that carries me around all life long,
Powerful vessel of creation,

Some time to simply receive,
Recharging our energetic bodies,
Our physical body,
And our mental body.
Can you notice the breath,
The ease and the effortless of being breathed,
Watching the breath come and letting the breath go?
Taking slow deep inhale,
Exhale deeply.

Slow deep inhale,
Exhale deeply.
A few more on your own,
Breathing in,
Breathing out.
Feeling this life force energy purifying you,
Regenerating you,
And reawakening.
