Welcome to your you time.
Whether you're allowing yourself to sit in meditation for the next 10 minutes,
Or you prefer to lie down in a Shavasana,
This is your time.
Where you get to close off the outside world,
To connect,
To really look inside,
And to familiarize yourself with the self.
Settle into your own essence,
Let the rest of the world wait.
It's time to rest,
All of the multitasking,
It's time to pause.
And now you simply get to be your unique,
Divine,
Beautiful self.
Start by taking inventory of your body temple.
Could you settle in any amount anymore?
Eyes are closed from looking,
Wondering.
So now you can feel and hear,
You can listen.
Ask yourself,
How am I?
We all have areas of our life that we wish to improve upon.
Areas of our life where we'd like to expand,
Grow,
Evolve.
Let's focus our intention,
And bring our attention into this force field.
In Sanskrit we call this a samkalpa,
Means intention or deep resolve.
Identify this aspect of your life that you'd really love to magnify.
And start to breathe into whatever it is,
Give it a word,
Give it a name,
Give it an essence,
And we call this a mantra.
Silently repeat it to yourself three times now,
Whatever rises to the surface of your heart.
Breathing life force energy into your samkalpa.
Inhale.
Exhale.
One more time with your undivided attention.
And so it is.
Simply allow a loose grip now,
Now that you've let it risen to the surface and breath life force pranic energy into your heart's deepest desire.
You will relax and trust,
Softening any amount everywhere.
Breaking down any barriers or borders that are holding you back,
Holding you down.
Feeling into a sense of freedom,
Permission,
Light,
Love,
And flow.
Can you notice the sense of sweetness swirling inside of you,
Swirling around you,
Bubbling beneath you,
Shining down on you?
Welcome in these energies,
These vibrations.
Notice opening yourself up to possibilities.
What if?
What if?
What if?
Feel a smile spread across the heart space,
A true sense of nourishment and content,
Connection,
Support,
Truth,
Belonging,
And love.
Breathe in the qualities of bliss.
Bliss from simply being uniquely you.
Slowly start to take a deeper breath in,
Exhaling it out.
Again,
Breathing deep and letting it go.
Thinking yourself for spending time for yourself,
With yourself,
On yourself.
Namaste.
