Enjoy an emotional contemplation exercise that will allow you to become more mindful of your body and feelings. In this session we will explore where in the body we feel guilt, and how it appears: is it moving? What colour comes with it? Is it contracting or expanding within you? We apply the attitude of non-reaction, we just observe and accept it, as it is. We aim to discover and embrace the fullness of our being for increased mindfulness of our inner world and greater well-being.

So I invite you,

In this exercise we will look at something we feel guilty of it should be intense enough,

But not overwhelming,

Not something now to traumatize yourself and that you can't handle,

But the thing you feel most guilty for without being completely knocked over so we will evoke that and then see how it feels in our body,

And I will ask you as we go along for the color for the place in the body,

For the vibration,

And I will guide you through it so we begin in the first stage we'll just take a minute or two to remember something we feel substantially guilty for,

Not too overwhelming,

But the most intense you can handle at the moment now I invite you to say it inwardly as if you are speaking to a friend and telling,

Look I've done this and this and that in that context and you know I feel really guilty about it so I invite you to do that,

Take a friend and say now having this scene and this feeling of guilt very vivid in your inner world I invite you to feel it in your body,

Where in your body do you feel this guilt?

Find the location maybe a few locations check your trunk and face and head your neck,

Where do you feel it?

Now as you find it there in the body,

See how it vibrates check if the vibration is perhaps more contracting,

More expanding,

Going up,

Going down becoming more dense what kind of direction is the vibration taking?

And then I invite you to see if there are any images or colors what's the main colors that you see?

I invite you to feel also the temperature is the feeling of guilt hot or cold?

Like we have trained in the first module,

Aim to observe without being reactive and take a minute or two to crystallize the experience,

To perceive also if you have some associative emotions coming with the guilt try to now,

We will now relax and allow ourselves to become a clean sledge again,

Like erasing a whiteboard see if you can breathe a few times deeply and with every breath we just let go,

Let go,

Let go allowing all the sensations of guilt to reintegrate into the space of the universe all around allow it to be free,

Allow yourself to be free on the body and at the level of vibration,

And at the mental level we saw some of the guilt and digested it and now we let go and relax
