Hello friend,

Welcome to Reconnect Daily.

A place for you to simply be.

A place where you can remember yourself,

Where you can know yourself.

To connect to your body,

Your breath,

Your heart.

A space for you to melt into your present moment.

To come back to your centre.

Say hello to your soul.

Say hello to spirit.

Say hello to mama earth.

They are always within you.

Let's arrive fully into the space.

Gentle inhales through the nose.

And a long exhale,

Soft and gentle.

In through the nose,

Filling up.

Out through the mouth and letting go.

Last one.

In through the nose,

Letting it all.

Just taking a moment to settle here.

It's ok if there are thoughts.

It's ok if you still feel like interrating a bit fast.

I want you to take your whole day,

Whatever is coming,

Whatever has been.

And I want you to put it on a shelf.

You can just come back to it later.

This moment right now is to be fully experienced from the inside out.

Closing down the eyes if you haven't done so already.

We are just going to drop back into our breath in time with the music playing behind my voice.

We are going to go for a 4 count out.

So join in with in,

Hold,

Out.

In,

Hold,

Out.

Out,

Hold.

Stay with the breath.

Stay with your count.

Stay with yourself.

This is a chance to shift our state of being to invite.

Just letting go of that count now.

What is your breath telling you?

Listen,

Listen.

Open up your body to fully receive.

Next breath,

Instead of taking it,

Receive it.

Receive your breath.

Soften,

Receive.

Let your body come alive with oxygen and nutrients and life.

Life move through you.

Be the witness.

Experience it fully.

Your center.

Listen.

I want you to tell your body,

I love you.

I'm listening.

I want you to tell your heart,

I feel you and I am opening.

I want you to tell your mind,

I see you and I am witnessing.

I love you.

I am listening.

I feel you.

I see you.

I am witnessing.

I am dropping back to the breath.

Let life pour into you.

And let love in.
