He has created innovative programs including Mindful Tools for Stress Management and Men Sitting By A Fire. He has completed the practicum in Mindfulness-Based Stress Management at the Penn Center for Mindfulness and trains regularly with his guiding teacher, Sudhir Jonathan Foust. Marc teaches Social-Emotional Learning at The Shipley School in Bryn Mawr, PA.

I really enjoyed and appreciate this Buddhist prayers intentions meditation. It would be great. If you did a part two, that goes further into each area, and talks about some of the situation's, behaviors, or guidelines each of the eight fold path areas of cultivation. I'm particularly interested in a talk or meditation surrounding the Buddhist concept of Sila, or good ethical conduct and practice for living a good and wholesome life. Thank you, I will return to this meditation. Until it is incorporated into my Metta practice.
