Hello and welcome.
Welcome to Day 9 on the Circle of Calm.
Today we will look at the topic of synergy.
Once you are familiar with the yoga philosophy,
You might also know it as samadhi or samadhi depending on how you would like to pronounce it.
And it can be translated as being here,
Being present,
Being right here.
So let's do that today during the 15 minutes that we have together.
And there is only one sentence that I would like you to repeat inside of your head or out loud,
Whatever works for you.
I am here.
I am here.
So when we sit in meditation today,
That's the task you can give your mind to simply repeat those words as often as you need it.
So let's begin.
Make yourself comfortable and make yourself at ease.
And you can choose whether you would like to place your hands on your belly,
On your chest or maybe one on your belly and one on your chest.
And you could even decide to lie down for the meditation if you would like to.
With your head on a pillow and maybe a pillow underneath the knees.
So find a comfortable position.
Perhaps close your eyes and then tune into the breath.
Notice where the breath is in the body.
And there's nothing more you need to do during the next two minutes.
Today we begin with the breath.
So for the next two minutes,
Tune in to the breath in the body.
