Hello and welcome to goodbye old hello new and it's time to tune in it's time to tune in to what is most present at the level of the body the heart and the mind so make yourself comfortable find a comfortable seat and then tune into the breath notice where in the body you can feel the breath move and then also notice what else is most present inside of you today right now in this moment and this could be at the level of the body physical body or more at the level of what you're feeling so the heart or what you're thinking the mind it also may be more in your energy field so what is happening inside of you at the level of the body physical body the emotional body mental body or the energetic body and then they say there is also the spiritual body that's the connection that we feel to the world around us so what is most present right now right now inside of you what can you feel what are you sensing what are you thinking what are you noticing so what can you notice in your body what do you feel inside of your heart and what thoughts are most present and how's your energy today and do you feel a connection to yourself and the world around you and you could focus on these questions but you can also skip them completely and simply notice notice the breath in the body notice what is moving through what is moving through you what can you notice simply ask that what am i noticing inside of me what is present what is present and what is asking for my attention today so what is present what am i noticing and what is asking for my attention today nothing more nothing more and you can stay here sit still breathe deeply keep noticing what is present keep noticing what is asking for your attention today and when you are ready to finish the meditation you breathe deeply a couple more times and then you open your eyes when you're ready
