Hello,
My name is Marlu Harris and I'm here to guide you into a relaxation meditation.
So first,
Make yourself comfortable.
If you're laying down,
Perhaps adding a pillow or a blanket.
And if you're sitting up,
Making sure your feet and hands are apart,
Not quite touching.
Your feet planted firmly on the ground.
And before closing your eyes,
Take a look around your surroundings and notice that you are safe.
Create a safe space where you won't be disturbed is ideal.
This meditation is to go within,
To take these few moments to relax,
To focus on self-love and self-acceptance.
And so now just feel a deep sense of calm and gratitude.
And let's take three deep breaths.
Inhale deeply,
Hold it at the top and exhale slowly,
Just like that.
And once again,
Inhale to the count of four.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four.
Hold your breath.
Two,
Three,
Four.
Exhale slowly out of your mouth.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four.
Rest,
Two,
Three,
Four.
One final time,
Breathe deeply.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four.
Hold it.
Two,
Three,
Four.
Exhale slowly out of your mouth until all your air is exhaled.
And now just breathe normally.
You may want to take some more deep breaths.
This meditation is for you.
And breathing is very important because the deeper that you breathe and you're focusing on your breath,
Seeing your belly or feeling your belly rise as you inhale and go flat as you exhale,
Helps you to become more in touch with your body and takes your mind away from outside concerns or thoughts of what else is going on around you.
So now just feel a deep sense of gratitude.
Thank yourself for taking this time to unplug,
To disconnect from the outer world and go within where you can find peace in your inner sanctuary.
And just picture yourself pulling those plugs away from any other worries or many concerns,
Anything else that's going on.
And this is a time for you to float freely in a state of calm serenity and receptivity to inspiration from your higher self,
From your guardian angel,
Your angelic guides,
Higher masters.
This is a time for you to get in touch with that wisdom that lies within you,
That lives within you.
So you may take a moment now to call any guides that you work with,
Call them in for assistance and guidance for the highest and best for your soul growth right now.
And now as you focus on your breath,
Allow yourself to be enveloped by a drifting,
Floating sensation.
Just allow yourself to drift knowing that you are protected because right now for these moments you are taking care of yourself in the most profound,
Loving way.
You are disconnecting from everything except for divine,
Unconditional love that surrounds you.
This is your inner sanctuary where you find peace.
And now with your next breath,
Allow in all positive qualities of love,
Compassion,
Gratitude,
And acceptance to permeate every cell of your being,
Moving in through and around you and through all parts of your body.
Imagine that breath coming in through the crown of your head in a golden white light.
And imagine roots growing out from the soles of your feet,
Grounding and anchoring you into this moment,
Anchoring in the compassion and self-acceptance.
The knowledge of the powerful being you are.
And in this state of calm receptivity,
You can restructure your very DNA to activate this sense of tranquility and relaxation into every cell of your body with every beat of your heart.
Your breath is carrying you even deeper now into a deeper sense of yourself.
Your all loving,
All wise self.
That part of you is like the sleeping giant,
Only waiting for your deepening breaths and your intention to relax and go deeper,
To awaken to the wisdom that lies within.
Every moment is an opportunity to see,
Feel,
Know,
Hear,
And believe in your unique ability to transform your experience and refresh your mood on command upon setting an intention to do just this.
And you are doing that right now.
You are staying focused on your wellness,
Peace,
And relaxation.
You have a blueprint,
A seed planted deep within your heart.
Every breath is a letting go from the old and every breath is a new beginning.
Each breath is an opportunity,
A reset,
A recharge,
A refresh,
An opportunity to allow in more love and the ability to forgive yourself as well as others.
You are beginning to become aware that all situations in your life hold the key for the growth of your soul and you also know you can change,
Transform,
And begin to know you are transforming deep within your being without requiring evidence or proof from the outside or from anyone else.
Right now you are relying on what you have within.
You are beginning to recognize the truth of who you are and it is becoming more clear day by day,
Moment by moment,
Breath by breath as the cloud of forgetfulness is lifting and the light within you shines brighter and brighter.
You are awakening to the power that lies within and as you welcome newness,
Change,
And transformation into your life,
You do so with an awareness of the importance of communication,
Using the right words,
Thinking the thoughts that will help you to grow in the direction you desire.
Right now you are programming your subconscious mind,
Acknowledging to yourself how beautiful,
Powerful,
And magnificent you truly are,
Knowing that you are whole and complete exactly as you are right now and that with your breath you become so relaxed and calm in your inner sanctuary which is available to you at all times.
And you know that thoughts are things.
Everything exists on the physical plane,
Is first manifest as a thought,
An idea,
An inspiration,
That light bulb that just pops up in your mind.
It sets the act of creation in motion.
And the act of creation has begun right now as you set an intention to relax and heal and drift into wellness,
Finding peace within the stillness.
You are creating this stillness as you listen to the sound of my voice.
Your body is a fine-tuned instrument and right now you are tuning the channel to relaxation,
Calm,
Peace,
Serenity,
Love,
And loving kindness toward yourself.
You are safe,
You are secure,
And curious.
You're curious about meditation.
You're curious about the mind and the wisdom that lies within you.
And you are excavating now within the stillness to empower yourself,
To activate the power within.
And thoughts will pop up because that's what they do and that's perfectly normal.
And as you have a thought,
Just imagine that thought to be put into a pink balloon.
And you just blow on it and watch it float away as you return to the sound of my voice and the rhythm of your breathing.
And it doesn't matter if you remember anything I say.
What's important is the feeling of relaxation,
Of calm and peaceful tranquility that I want you to remember.
This is what you want to remember,
The feeling.
So you can sense,
Feel,
Or imagine what peace and tranquility is for you.
That vacation state of mind,
Nowhere to go,
Nothing to do right now for these few moments.
But to be here now,
Listening to the sound of my voice as you drift into a delightful state of relaxation.
Everything else is on pause as you go even deeper into an internal awareness of the peace that you are experiencing right now.
This awareness of this vast cavernous within yourself.
And with this practice,
You are developing a wonderful sense of self-compassion.
Whatever it is you desire to accomplish is right here at your fingertips.
You may want to write in your journal.
You may want to write a script or paint or dance or design an app,
Whatever you wish.
You want to create a business.
You may just want to focus on whatever you are doing in complete mindfulness,
Washing the clothes,
Cleaning up after yourself,
And going silent within like you are right now in this meditation.
And recognizing that every action you take begins as a thought.
And where do thoughts come from?
And where do old thoughts go?
You are now in formulating and embedding new,
Empowering,
And affirmative beliefs into yours of conscious mind right now as you listen to the sound of my voice.
You play this recording frequently to remind you of how powerful you are,
Of how magnificent and focused you are on love,
Transformation,
And growth.
You are ready right now to let go of people,
Places,
And things that no longer support and empower you.
You are embracing your rebirth,
The rebirth of your new self.
Continue to breathe.
And as you take another deep breath,
You just bring your attention back to your breath because meditation is a practice,
Just like learning any new skill,
And you know that your mind may drift away.
You can send it off in a pink bubble.
You can imagine that you are floating on a cloud up high in the sky,
And that each thought that pops in,
Just let it drift away as if it's a cloud floating by you.
You practice and you practice your breathing,
Your stillness.
You pick up your instrument and you play it.
And as you get more free with it and more creative,
You may do it longer,
You may play it longer,
And you may also be able to go into a deep,
Still place in just a few moments whenever you need a break in the day.
And you can ask yourself now,
What do I choose to feel or experience today?
How do I choose to feel,
Recognizing that you have a choice?
You can choose an emotional state that you want to amplify.
How do you choose to breathe?
Ask yourself unusual questions that open up your mind to curiosity.
How can I choose to take this situation that's upsetting and transform it into growth by noticing how my body reacts and also noticing that with a few deep breaths,
How you can transform that?
And the freedom to feel those feelings,
To breathe these breaths,
These breaths,
Your breath,
And contemplate is so incredibly powerful and it sparks you and it wakes you and it energizes you.
And you may want to even place your hand on your heart,
Noticing your heart beating,
Sharing gratitude for your heart,
For the brain within your heart.
And notice how your breath has slowed down just by listening to this recording and practicing this meditation.
And this is a time to nurture and nourish the seeds within yourself.
The acorn within that becomes the mighty oak,
You are choosing to nurture and nourish those seeds that you desire to expand.
Creativity,
Productivity,
And just think,
Did you ever realize how productive the act of meditating is?
Because you're using this time to program your brilliant,
Brilliant mind to act in ways that you desire.
You are harnessing the power that you possess to co-create with the universe the life and the experiences that you desire.
You're relaxed now,
Letting go of anything that doesn't serve you,
Any stressful thoughts,
Letting go because you have the power now to choose to focus on a better feeling thought,
On an uplifting thought.
You can focus on a discloting,
On a cloud,
Or laying on a beach.
Just like you are doing now,
Breathe peace,
Serenity,
Relaxation,
Effortless ease,
Grace,
And flow with your breath.
The sun always rises and the sun always sets and your breath is always there to anchor you into peace.
You are accessing your intuition and it's growing stronger so that when you ask a yes or no question,
You get a sense when to go forward.
And if something doesn't feel quite right,
You take a moment and check in with yourself.
Is this the best course of action?
You may ask yourself.
And right now,
As you focus on your breath,
You are taking the most expansive course of action.
The act of breathing,
Calm your body,
Soothe your nervous system,
And listen to words of positivity and encouragement enter and flood your system.
And that is a gift that you are giving yourself right now.
Put your hand on your heart and smile and say thank you.
Your body thanks you,
Your mind thanks you,
Your friends and your family.
And the world thanks you because your expression,
Your energy has softened as you are surrendering to the power within,
To awakening your higher self.
This wonderful power that you have to find peace,
Calm,
And serenity no matter what is going on around you.
Anything you choose is yours,
So think about it.
Use your choices wisely.
Use your words wisely,
Your time.
This valuable time in meditation right now,
Which may seem like a long time or perhaps just the blink of an eye.
And right now,
I want you to allow yourself to come back into the room with this breath.
Yes,
Just allow yourself to feel the sensation of your body on the chair or laying down on whatever position you're in.
You may roll your shoulders a little bit,
Move your head from side to side.
Take a deep breath,
Rub your hands together,
Creating some warmth and putting your palms over your eyes as you open your eyes behind your palms and allow that warmth to go within.
And thank yourself for taking this time to get in touch with your power,
Your ability to find peace and serenity,
To choose the emotion you want to focus on,
And to spread love to those around you.
