Marni Suu Reynolds MBA, PhD Candidate From Hawaii, she currently lives in Chiang Mai, Thailand where she is conducting her doctoral research in “How we Heal: Collective Healing for Social Change." 25+ years in the private, non-profit sectors focused on the areas of healing and wellness. Marni’s work combines a holistic approach with Buddhist psychology, somatic and trauma therapy, meditation, and various wellness modalities. She has curated mindfulness-based curricula for corporations, institutions, and educational settings, including community centers, retreats, private businesses, and even monastic settings; an orphanage (5-year project in Myanmar) in Myanmar for 800+ nuns, orphans. A meditation practitioner with 25+ years of devotional practice, which began in the Buddhist temples of Burma (Myanmar), including Thich Nhat Hanh Monastery, Spirit Rock Meditation Center, Tassajara Mountain Zen Center, Palolo Zen Center, Hawaii Vipassana and Myanmar Vipassana Center (Burma), Wat Sopharam Vipassana International Meditation Center. Certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher (RYT 500), Certified Hatha Yoga Teacher (RYT500), Certified Yoga for Trauma and Certified Trauma & Somatic Therapist - Trauma Research Foundation. Certified Mindfulness Teacher by Jack Kornfield, Ph.D, and Tara Brach, Ph.D. This certification is by the University of California at Berkeley’s Greater Good Science Center, a Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program, and an IMTA-accredited two-year training.
