Here is your exercise to see how relaxing your mind space,

Your body,

You find a connection to yourself.

Sitting in a comfortable seat or lying down,

Gently close your eyes,

Following my voice,

Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Breathing in and out.

On your next inhale,

Lift your shoulders up,

Tensing your entire body,

Holding everything in and on your exhale,

Release,

Dropping your shoulders down,

Feeling your muscles relax.

Inhale,

Lift your shoulders up,

Tense your entire body.

Exhale,

Drop your shoulders down,

Relaxing your body.

Inhale,

Lift your shoulders up,

Tense your entire body.

Exhale,

Dropping your shoulders down,

Relaxing your body.

Two more times now.

Inhale,

Hold everything in that you want to release and exhale,

Let it go.

One last time.

Inhale,

Hold everything you want to release in this moment in time.

Exhale,

Let it go.

Set for a moment with yourself,

Seeing how your body feels,

How your heart space feels.

Breathing in and out.

Finally open your eyes.
