This is your affirmation meditation.

My name is Maryanne Stancil.

I'm an Intuitive Energy healer.

Take a nice deep breath in and out.

Find yourself in a comfortable seat.

You can be lying down if you'd like.

You can gently close your eyes or gaze downward.

Starting to connect with your breath.

Breathing in through your nose.

Exhaling out through your mouth.

If it feels good to you,

You can let out a loud audible exhale.

Using your exhales to shake up the vibrations within your body.

On your next inhale,

Starting to imagine the muscles in your head relaxing.

Your neck.

Your shoulders starting to drop down.

Your muscles in your arms relaxing even more.

Muscles in your chest.

Relaxing with every breath you take.

Muscles in your stomach relaxing in your hips.

Your legs.

Your knees.

And all the way down to your feet.

Your palms can be facing down to ground you or palms up to draw in more energy from the heavens above.

And it's okay if there's thoughts lingering.

Continuing to focus on your breath.

Will continue to bring you more peace and calm.

As you continue to breathe,

You see a light above you coming down towards you.

With every breath you take,

It gets closer.

And then finally,

It comes right up to the top of your head.

And trickles down.

Your head.

Your neck.

Shoulders.

Arms.

Chest.

Stomach.

Your hips.

And legs.

And as it hits the bottoms of your feet,

The light turns into nice strong roots.

These roots can be whatever color that most resonates with you to help you feel grounded.

Continuing to breathe in and out,

Your roots start to grow deeper into the earth space.

They dig deeper and deeper until your roots hit the core of the earth.

As your roots hit the core of the earth,

You feel a sense of peace.

Support.

And that energy from the earth starts rising up through your roots.

To the bottom of your feet,

Up through your legs,

Hips,

Stomach,

Chest,

Arms,

And head.

That intertwines with the energy from above and also your energy.

Take a nice deep breath in through your nose.

Open mouth exhale.

You hear a voice off to the side saying these words.

I am in all ways guided,

Prospered,

And blessed.

I am ardent,

Motivated,

And irreplaceable.

I am a winner.

I like myself.

I love myself.

I accept myself.

I approve of myself.

I forgive myself.

I trust myself.

What do these words mean to you?

Taking a nice inhale in and exhale out.

See what comes up.

I like myself.

I love myself.

I accept myself.

I approve of myself.

I forgive myself.

I trust myself.

I am in all ways guided,

Prospered,

And blessed.

I am perfect just the way I am.

Love dwells within me.

So it is.

Continuing to breathe in and out.

These words linger within you and around you.

If there is one phrase or one set of words that calls for you even more,

You can focus on those words.

I am in all ways guided,

Prospered,

And blessed.

I am ardent,

Motivated,

And irreplaceable.

I am a winner.

I like myself.

I love myself.

I accept myself.

I approve of myself.

I forgive myself.

I trust myself.

I am perfect just the way I am.

Love is dwelling within me.

So it is.

With these words,

Create colors or movements within you.

Feel into it.

See what comes up.

If it resonates with you,

You can place your hands on your heart.

Inhaling through your nose,

Open mouth exhale.

Inhale love,

Exhale release.

Releasing what doesn't serve you here and allowing for the words,

The love,

The support within you to fill up the spaces that you released.

If your hands are not already on your heart space,

Place them there.

Finding much gratitude for the words that you heard for this place that you're in.

It will always be here whenever you want to come back.

Using your breath will help guide you.
