Mary Pearson

Mary Pearson is a very experienced meditation teacher. She began teaching meditation to her pupils at school in the 1990’s and has been teaching adults since 2001. Mary has a twice daily meditation practice and believes that learning to meditate is one of the most important things she has ever done.

I really enjoyed this meditation - Mary’s voice is calm and reassuring and I preferred being able to regulate my own breaths (rather than having them dictated to me, as often happens in other meditations!) Thank you, Mary, for sharing your skills with us here 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

This is my very favorite meditation. I love the imagery. It soothes me when I’m anxious, but I also listen to it when I feel fine because it just makes me feel safe and warm.
