Welcome to a deep relaxation and focus on our bodies.

Let us begin by focusing on our heart space and sending some love and energy to our heart.

You might in your mind's eye take a look at what does that look like for you?

When you are focusing on your heart space,

Do you see colors?

Do you feel vibrations?

What is it for you?

Just feel that.

And now let us begin on the right side of our body.

Let's send loving energy to our right hand,

To the fingers on our hand,

The palm,

The wrist,

Into your forearm.

Send love to the cells in your elbow,

Your upper arm,

Your shoulder,

Your right side,

Your right hip.

Know that love is flowing in every cell of your body on your right side.

In your upper leg,

Your knee,

Lower leg,

Ankle,

Feet,

And the toes of your right foot.

Breathe deeply into that area of your body and allow yourself to see and feel and hear what it is that you're relaxing into.

Let us send loving energy to every cell on the left side of your body.

With your hand,

Your left hand,

Your fingers,

The palm of your hand,

Your wrist,

Sending loving energy to your lower arm,

Your elbow,

Your upper arm,

And your shoulder.

Breathing in the love and sending it to all those cells within your body.

On your left side,

Focus on your left hip,

Your upper leg,

Your knee,

Your lower leg,

Sending love and energy to your foot,

Your ankle,

The toes of your left foot.

Now let's bring our attention around to your neck and allow yourself to send loving,

Healing energy to every cell in your neck.

Let that energy go down your spine.

As it goes down your spine,

It settles into your hips.

That loving energy on every cellular level of your body.

Now bring your attention around to your neck and chin and jaw and to relax even further.

Allow the tension to go out of your jaw by just opening it a little bit,

Spreading your teeth apart just a little bit,

Breathing into that,

Breathing love into every cell of your jaw.

Now let's focus on the nose and your breathing.

Sending love and energy to every cell in your nose as you breathe easily in and out.

Focus on your cheekbones,

Your forehead,

Your eyes,

Your ears,

And then bring your attention around to the top of your head.

You have taken great care in allowing yourself to relax from your right side to your left side,

From your toes to your head.

This relaxation technique can be used at the beginning of any meditation and can be any length of time as long as you want to focus on portions of your body.

Just send that loving energy to every cell in your body.

Know that as you do this,

You're not just physically relaxing,

But you are mentally relaxing.

You are allowing yourself to go into the stillness and become aware of your soul.

Become aware of that divineness within you.

When you are able to focus and relax your body,

Then you will be able to focus and relax into whatever loving aspect it is that you might be seeking.

Know that there's no right or wrong way to do this.

It's just a matter of checking in with the different parts of your body and allowing yourself to relax.

Stillness aren't always easy,

And in our busy,

Busy daily lives,

It's not always easy to feel joyful and happy.

But it's also not necessary to stay in the sadness or doubt or frustration.

When you are in the stillness,

You are physically and mentally preparing yourself to be able to ebb and flow with daily life happenings.

Anytime during the day,

You can come back to these feelings.

Check in.

Nobody's going to need to know that you're doing it and just breathe and feel.

When you breathe deeply,

Experience completely and feel freely.

You are allowing yourself the luxury of self-care.

Know that in your pursuit of your divine,

You are in the right place.

You are doing the right and perfect journey just for yourself.

Now take these ideas as far into your day as possible,

Knowing that you are loved.

May you know that you are a blessing to everyone that you walk in their path of today.

May you know that you are a blessing and full of love.

And may you spread that with your interactions with others today.

You've taken great care in your stillness.
