Explore MeditationMC (she/her) is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Breathwork Practitioner, and meditation devotee. She has practiced various forms of Buddhist meditations and Zazen since 2015. She intends to help others find passion and solace in meditative and contemplative practices. When she is not meditating, she enjoys going to the park, reading, playing with her dogs, creating or listening to music, cooking, and practicing yoga. Starting August 2023, MC intends to create a new meditation each week for those seeking to begin or deepen their practice.
