Thank you! This course has reopened my journey on the Middle Way. As stated in the film "The Matrix", "I am only trying to free your mind. I am showing you the door. Only you can walk through it." The Path begins (but it always there).

Wow! A 30-day commitment that passed so quickly. I've followed a Buddhist philosophy for years, yet I find the more I learn, the more there is to learn and review - the beginner's mind advocated by Shurnyu Suzuki. Silas was able to distill the vast canon of the Buddah' teachings into 30 bite-sized lessons, an appetizer that gives a total beginner an idea of what Buddhism is about - a way of life, a philosophy, a path to liberation, and for some, a religion. Silas has a folksy way of speaking that after a couple of lessons made me feel that I've known him for years. I highly recommend Silas' course to anyone who has any curiosity as to what Buddhism is al about. Namaste 🙏
