In this course we'll talk about how small acts of peace and kindness can add up to be a really positive force for good in the world. We'll talk about three core principles, one in each of our three sessions together: 1. Peace to Me: how we can work with the way we think about others to better define our actions towards them. 2. Peace to You: how we can foster more peaceful attitudes and approaches to those we know. 3. Peace to All: how we can foster more peaceful attitudes and approaches to those we don't know, or encounter fleetingly. In this complicated world we live in, I hope you'll join me for these three sessions, and find them helpful to nurture more peaceful thoughts and actions within yourself and your relationships with those around you.
