Sought through prayer and meditation to improve our conscious contact with God, as we understood Him, praying only knowledge of His will for us and the power to carry that out. Affirmations, breathing, gratitude, letting go, sleep, inspiration, healing and sharing of experience, strength and hope in seeking to improve our conscious contact with the Higher Power of our understanding.
