I feel the connection with others who are turning inward, searching for a deeper contact in our physical isolation.
I would like to reach out to my meditation friends to find out if we can transmit and receive images and emotions through the connection that we make on that mindful consciousness level.
Here’s my idea:
At the end of my meditation, I hold an image of myself doing something specific, the same thing every day.
If I you perceive anything, describe what you sense in a message to the circle.
If you want to send your own image, just think of yourself doing something you enjoy and fill the image with the sounds, sensations and emotions that it evokes.
If you see your image described, let the other circle members know that it has been received.
It probably doesn’t even matter whether we are meditating at the same time, because we are all now, and we are all here, and it is our intention that creates our reality.
