Mina creates meditations she wishes existed—tools to support fertility, ease anxiety, improve sleep, and help navigate life’s challenges with hope. She believes in taking time for yourself to tune into your feelings, raise your vibe, and cultivate calm from the inside out. With mindfulness training from KEW Academy, Palouse Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, and Holbeck College, she creates tracks that are gentle, grounding, and filled with hope and positivity. Guided by her values of growth and kindness, she aims to provide meditations that are nurturing, uplifting, and accessible to everyone.
