Melinda V. King MA is a certified mindfulness meditation teacher, yoga nidra Teacher, and coach here to support you on your healing journey, and onwards into creating the life you want to live. Having transformed her own life, including overcoming previous alcohol addiction and journeying through chronic insomnia, Melinda is now lovingly dedicated to helping others. Melinda works with tools and techniques so that we can recognsie and hold all of our challenging emotions and thoughts without getting swept away, care for ourselves, and from this place of greater peace and balance grow our self-love, feel ground on our own path, and blossom in our lives. Most of us are recovering from something, and we all have the ability to heal. Melinda provides coaching, mindfulness and sleep awareness sessions to individuals and companies. Melinda also has a longstanding career in equalities and inclusion, and is an authentic speaker in the field of addiction and lived experience.
