Mel has been meditating daily for fifteen years. She chose to become a meditation teacher when she realized that there were a lot of misconceptions around meditation. As someone who has ADHD, she knows firsthand the particular challenges those with ADHD face and uses that knowledge to inform her teachings. When she completed her training in 2016, she began offering both online and in-person workshops.
