What might it be like to being with yourself? Compassion. Kindness. Well-wishing. Love. With the intention of stabilizing the bodymind, practice takes the form of a mindfulness-based present moment awareness. This is followed by a visualization intended to stimulate an open-hearted exchange of well-being rooted in kindness and compassion.

One thought still remains unwise in one mind,

One mind which is called being.

But each mind is waiting.

For the word to come and some may think,

Or perhaps we'll call our hand upon the 36th photograph.

Never.

I'm just ahaha.

Opening to the possibility of connection with the timeless now.

The sincerity of intimacy with your environment.

The sounds.

The temperature of the air.

And a curiosity about the internal environment of the body.

The body-mind.

The body-heart.

What might it be like to honour that part of you which clicked the play button just a couple of minutes ago?

That part of you which is in touch with some form of self-care and the care for others.

Honouring that part of yourself with these words,

May I be happy.

May I be healthy.

May I be free of suffering.

May I live in peace.

May my life be blessed with ease.

May I be happy.

May I be healthy.

May I be free of suffering.

May I live in peace.

May my life be blessed with ease.

And while allowing these words to be absorbed,

For these words to land,

Including in your awareness other people near and far who might be practicing as you are right now,

For the benefit of themselves and others,

And including them in the circle of kindness,

Including them with these words of wellbeing,

For their wellbeing.

May you be happy.

May you also be healthy.

May you be free of suffering.

May you live in peace.

May your lives be filled with ease.

May you be happy.

May you be healthy.

May you be free of suffering.

May you live in peace.

May your lives be filled with ease.

And then to complete this practice,

Closing the circle of kindness,

Of awareness,

Including yourself and others on this path,

Near and far,

Known and unknown.

May we all be happy.

May we be healthy.

May we be free of suffering.

May we live in peace.

May our lives be filled with ease.

May we be happy.

May we be healthy.

May we all be free of suffering.

May we live in peace.

May our lives be filled with ease.

May we be free of suffering.
