A message and guided meditation to help you remember the joy of taking a quiet pause to feel some space open up within - especially during challenging times when we feel a bit lost or challenged. This is an invitation to come home to you - and feel wrapped in a loving blanket of safe stillness in the present moment, and your own light.

It's okay to feel lost sometimes,

As if you're wandering without a map or compass meandering through this journey called life,

Looking out at all the possibilities that have converged into a variety of paths along the way,

Differing directions to discover,

Explore or be curious about,

Roads that may help you find you,

The truest you,

The happiest you,

The you you know lives with less angst and more hope than you've had recently,

The you that calls for you to turn your gaze inward towards what you're seeking,

Understanding,

Knowing towards light,

Towards love,

Towards freedom to just be.

Sometimes along the journey through strides of self-discovery,

We encounter unknowns and unforeseen,

Tough uphills,

Steep descents,

We hesitate,

Hold back,

Question,

Resist,

Worry,

Wonder,

Is it really safe to venture forward,

What if this isn't the right way,

What if I don't get where I think I am supposed to go,

But my beloved,

I want you to know there is no wrong direction,

No wrong choice,

No mistaken route,

Yes,

It may become challenging at times,

You may encounter other guests along the meandering trail like self-doubt,

An inner critic,

Fear of failure and others I'm sure you can name,

But these hikers are just passing through,

You can acknowledge them with a friendly nod and just keep moving forward and when you're feeling weary,

Tired,

Overwhelmed perhaps,

It helps sometimes to just take a deep breath and feel some space open up inside you,

Answer that shimmering light that calls to you in the darkness and beckons you to remember the forgotten joys of a quiet pause,

To take a glimpse and notice,

Step out towards it and watch it grow and expand and greet you,

Close your eyes now and let yourself arrive into the gentle space of here,

Right here,

Right now,

With nothing else to do and nowhere else to go,

But here,

With you,

Breathing you.

Feel the connection to the earth beneath you,

Sink in and let the ground support you fully,

Allow the earth's energy to rise up and meet you,

Allow it to travel up throughout your entire body.

Now take your awareness to your inhale through the nostrils,

Then also notice the exhale also through your nostrils.

Solar air coming in and warmer air releasing,

The natural rhythm of breath which is life entering your whole body and nourishing every single cell and the gentle letting go of what's ready to be released.

Just be with your breath through the entire cycle.

Notice without changing anything about it.

This subtle pause at the top of your inhale and a similar pause at the bottom of your exhale,

A gap,

A space,

Stillness.

This here is like coming home,

Coming home to you.

Allow yourself to feel wrapped in a loving blanket of your light,

Love,

Peace,

Acceptance and freedom.

It's all here in this stillness.

Ex Detective Exhibition.

Connect and receive.

Staying here for a few more minutes.

Just take it all in.

Allow you to sit with you.

Breathing.

Being.

The universe is here with you.

It knows you're here.

Let yourself merge with it.

I thank you.

I love you.

I thank you.

Namaste.
