Hello there and welcome to today's meditation.

I want to start our practice by asking you this one question.

When you envision your happiest self,

Who do you see?

Who do you have to become?

Often times,

When we envision the happiest and most successful version of our self,

There's kind of a bridge between where we are and where we have to go to become that person.

A lot of the obstacles from that bridge comes from within our subconscious mind.

Much of it is fear or limiting beliefs that we carry within.

Today we will focus on reprogramming your subconscious mind and eradicating any limiting beliefs that you might have.

Practicing this meditation will help you shift to a new reality with the mindset to set you up for success.

This meditation works best when you listen and practice it at least once a day for 30 days or more.

The more often you listen to this meditation,

The more effortlessly you will be able to tap into the higher version of yourself to bring that success to life.

Let's start our meditation by sitting either cross-legged with your spine straight or on a chair with your feet firmly planted on the ground.

Take a deep breath in through your nose.

Hold it.

And exhale through your mouth slowly.

Let's do that two more times.

Take a deep breath in through your nose.

Hold it.

And exhale slowly through your mouth.

Last one,

Take a deep breath in through your nose.

Hold it.

And exhale slowly through your mouth.

From this moment on,

I invite you to focus only on the sound of my voice.

Imagine your eyelids feeling so heavy and relaxed that you cannot open your eyes.

Just for a little while,

You cannot open your eyes.

Relax your head fully and check that your jaw is unclenched.

Notice if your forehead is tight.

Relax your neck and pull your shoulders away from your ears.

Now notice your arms and your chest.

And notice your belly.

Deep breath into your belly.

Notice your back relaxing.

Now bring awareness to your legs and your feet relaxing.

Let go of any worries and stress though.

Now imagine yourself standing in front of a whiteboard.

At the bottom of this whiteboard,

There are markers laying there.

I invite you to pick up a marker and write on this whiteboard three limiting beliefs that have really prevented you from living the life that you want.

Ask yourself,

Why am I not where I want to be?

Whatever answers pop up,

Write those three beliefs down on the whiteboard.

As you write down the first one,

I want you to move on to the second one.

Anything that comes to your mind now,

Write it down.

Now please write down the third one if you haven't already.

After writing down your three beliefs,

I want you to think of one statement that encompasses all three together into one sentence.

It could sound something like,

I am not good enough or I don't know enough.

Nothing along those lines.

Now taking that belief,

Imagine your past.

Become aware of how this belief has prevented you from living the life you desire.

When has this belief stopped you from experiencing the feeling of being?

Notice any regrets that may have come up for you.

I want you to notice in the present moment how these thoughts have held you back.

How is it preventing you from making progress?

How is it hurting you?

Now,

I would like for you to envision your future.

Notice how these beliefs will keep you from getting what you want.

Follow the missed and rejected opportunities,

Never being able to reach your highest potential,

Never having the life you've always dreamt of with this limiting belief.

And imagine yourself at the end of your lifetime with only 60 seconds left to live.

How much would you give for just a little bit more time?

How would you feel if this was the belief that you took with you all the way to the end of your life?

Now bring your awareness back to the whiteboard in front of you.

Imagine yourself drawing a clock on this whiteboard.

This clock symbolizes the value of time while you have it,

Instead of valuing time when you don't.

Now,

With the marker,

Write down three new beliefs that feel empowering to you.

Write down the beliefs that will make you completely overcome these limitations.

Now,

Take these three beliefs and write down one statement that encompasses all of them.

It could be something like,

I am worthy,

Or I am abundant.

Choose something that resonates deeply for you.

I want you to imagine your past now.

Notice how amazing and incredible your past will be.

Notice how it feels.

Become aware of what you are doing differently.

Focus on how differently you are experiencing the world.

Observe how happier you are.

Now,

Shift your awareness to your present self.

What would be different?

What decisions would be different?

What emotions and states of being would be different for you?

What would be different in your day-to-day routine?

Would you be more productive?

Would you consistently strive towards your goals?

Would you expand your mind and think bigger,

Think outside of the box?

Would you feel more abundant and joyful?

Think about what would be different in your life.

Now,

Notice your future.

Everything you have ever wanted literally comes to life.

With this new powerful self-belief,

You can accomplish anything you set your mind to.

With this new belief,

You've spent all this time investing in yourself,

Investing in your growth and development,

All for your future self.

Notice how powerful,

Confident,

Happy,

And fulfilled you have become.

Embody that state of being.

Now,

Shift your awareness and imagine that person at the end of their lifetime and observe how they have absolutely no regrets.

They are completely fulfilled and happy.

They are filled with self-love.

Now,

Take that person's wisdom and power.

Make their ability to have incorporated this mindset for their entire life.

Now,

We're going to take a deep breath in and when you breathe in,

I want you to imagine yourself merging with your future highest self.

And when you exhale,

I want you to sigh it out.

You are sighing out your limiting beliefs,

The past self that no longer serves you.

So,

Take a deep breath in with me now and exhale,

Sigh it out.

Merge with this person.

Become one with your future self.

Now,

Surrender your creation to your greater mind.

Allow yourself to plant the seed in the infinite field of possibilities.

And now,

Let it go.

Know that it is done and you will find that all the things stopping you from being the best version of yourself are completely gone now.

Instead,

This new empowering belief has replaced it.

Finally,

Bless the divine inside of you.

Give thanks to your body with a new mind.

Bless gratitude for your life,

For your challenges,

Your soul,

For your past and your future.

Thank yourself for showing up today to create the possibilities that lie within your heart.

And when you're ready,

You may slowly break your awareness back into your room.

And when you are ready,

You may open your eyes.

Remember that this might take more than a few meditations for your future opportunities to unfold.

Keep showing up to listen to this meditation for at least 30 days or until your desires unfold.

For now,

Live the rest of your day as though your future has already happened and let the synchronicities and the new possibilities find you.
