Michelle (she/they) hosts a Substack called Opting Out: a space for rest, reflection and quiet resistance. This is where she shares yoga nidra, reflective writing, a slow reading group, restorative yoga and live co-resting sessions. She is a queer Ayurvedic Health Counsellor, Yoga Teacher, Sound Therapist and Facilitator of the Feeding Your Demons shadow-work process. She weaves these together offering holistic care to her one to one clients online. Michelle's work is informed by her background as a lay-She is a lay-ordained Vajrayana Buddhist. Her practice aims to be trauma-informed, collaborative, feminist, anti-racist, culturally sensitive, and gender and neurodivergent-affirming. She is based in Brighton, UK.

I love this meditation. It is a bit of everything: grounding, scanning, breathing and relaxing. Scanning with stars is very helpful. Breathing out down the spine is so relaxing. Calming voice. Love it! Thank you!

8/28/24 Excellent for drifting off to sleep. Sound quality is not the best but a good nidra and no music.
