Milda is a yoga teacher, with a special focus on Hatha yoga, light and mindful flows, gentle restorative and deep yin practices. Her goal is for the students to discover what is the practice THEY identify with most, to find balance and to live with more ease. She loves travel, stories and coffee.

I liked it! first the bells and chimes were sounding chaotic, but when I got used to them, I really liked them and they relaxed me. Goes well with the meditation, which I liked, too.
