Welcome to day 23 of your mindfulness challenge.

Today we will continue with sending kind thoughts.

Sit tall and comfortable.

Close your eyes or take your gaze down.

Picture someone in your life that you love and helps you feel safe.

See them in your mind.

Maybe think about something you like to do with that person.

Now we will send that person kind wishes.

Repeat these phrases quietly in your mind.

May you be happy.

May you be healthy and strong.

May you be safe.

May you know how much you're loved.

May you live at peace.

Notice in your body how it feels to send someone you love kind wishes.

You can send that person kind wishes anytime you need to.

Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.

Lift your head,

Open your eyes.

Nice job today.
