Good morning.

Welcome back to our special journey as we enter day A of our 21 day morning mantra.

Today we turn our focus to inner harmony and balance.

In the hustle of our daily lives maintaining a sense of a balance can be challenging yet it's important for our well-being and inner peace.

Let's embrace this grasp for balance with today's mantra.

I invite you to repeat it after me and feeling its balance resonate within you.

In this moment I am centered.

I embrace harmony within and around me.

Balance is my natural state and I return to it with ease.

As you move through your day let this mantra gently guide you back to your center whenever you feel pulled in different directions.

Remember finding balance is not about perfection.

It's about returning to your balance again and again.

Let's take a few deep breaths.

Imagine each inhale bringing balance and each exhale releasing this harmony.

One more time.

Feel yourself grounded and stable like a tree with deep roots.

Thank you for joining me in this space of harmony today.

I'm excited to continue our shared path tomorrow for day nine.

Until then may you walk through your day with balance and grace.

Namaste.
