Mindfulness Northwest has offered classes, trainings, retreats, and professional development in mindfulness in the Pacific Northwest since 2011. We're especially excited about our new 9-month cohort-based Mindfulness Teacher Training Program and our Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Teacher Training. We are also now offering several multi-day retreats per year in the Pacific Northwest Come practice with us!

It's a excellent meditation. His voice is soft and slow, and the rhythm is just enough for you to pay attention and feel your body relax. The longer time on the shoulders is very helpful. I loved it!
