Sitting with a feeling of dignity sitting in an erect posture imagining yourself as a great tree or a mountain and moving into the awareness of the breath in and out at your own rhythm and feeling your breath move through your whole body your whole breath,

The whole body feeling the waves move through every cell of your body the waves of the breath in and out and if it feels right to you,

Smiling feeling this smile connect with your breath and feeling smile and breath move through your body all as one opening now to a sense of gratitude for what life offers you at this time remembering that being alive means more is going right with you than wrong the main thing here is allowing yourself to become fully aware of what you are grateful for for the simple things of life for what your body offers you being able to move walking,

Sitting,

Standing feeling your body with a sense of gratitude the air we breathe the food we eat what we drink for water gratitude to be able to experience nature to be at home to have transportation anything in and around you that you appreciate sensing the beauty within and the beauty without becoming aware of any gratitude you may have for your capacity to feel emotions joy,

Happiness,

Peace,

Love,

Empathy,

Acceptance any feelings you are grateful for feeling gratitude for your mind,

For your mental capacities the ability to think,

To read,

To understand to learn and grow mentally gratitude for mindfulness itself for our capacity to be aware in this moment being grateful for relationships,

Family and friends,

Co-workers any relationship that you feel grateful for gratitude for a community,

Any group of people,

Family or beyond that you appreciate spending time as long as you wish to bring to full awareness anything else you are grateful for Thank you
