Sometimes everything becomes too much and we don’t know how cope anymore. In this meditation we are going to lovingly inquire into this feeling and then release and surrender the heaviness we carry. Hi my name is Miriam and in this meditation we're going to release the load that we've been carrying for way too long because sometimes life just becomes too much or everything becomes really frustrating or it feels like nothing goes our way or nobody understands us or we're really lonely.

Whatever it is we're going to let it go today.

So for this find a comfortable place that you feel safe in so if you don't want to sit up with a tall spine that is totally fine you can also just sit comfortably and settle down.

First you're just gonna land here in this moment and take a deep deep breath in and breathe out.

Feel the ground that you're sitting or laying on and really feel how it holds you,

How it carries you and how you can sink into it and you can feel your arms and your legs and put your awareness to your belly and let it travel upwards into your head and just be aware of your body in this space and let go any tension that you're carrying in your body and now you can feel for a nerve for a weight in your body or in your mind something that feels too heavy to carry and if that's everything then that's everything.

Just bring that to your awareness and notice how you feel towards this heaviness if you want to push it away or if you want to get rid of it if you feel angry towards it or helpless and just notice these reactions and maybe you can ask these parts within yourself that are causing these reactions that are feeling a certain way towards this heaviness to step aside so you can just be with the heaviness and let the heaviness tell you what it needs to say what it needs to tell you what it feels like to carry this burden you can just listen and now I'm inviting you to extend some sort of passion and understanding towards this burden that you're carrying maybe you'll notice that this heaviness has a certain personality or that it's a small child or a certain part that just needs some warmth and understanding and somebody who listens and now as this part this heaviness is telling you about all of its hardships you can respond to it by saying I know I know how hard it is to carry all this I know I know you are doing this oh so well and as you've comforted this part you can tell this part that we're going to release the heaviness that it's not necessary to carry this anymore and that we're going to do this slowly and we take our time and for this you're just going to imagine that you have a little opening right where your belly button is and you can imagine how you open a little door and then you feel into mother earth and that her energy flow through this opening into your body and you can imagine an orange energy light filling you up with this grounding loving energy and it's swirling into every cavity in your body into all your veins and cells and this orange energy is swooping up all this heaviness and carrying it out of you through this opening in your belly button and you can just imagine how mother earth is kind of vacuuming up all this heaviness that you've been carrying for so so long and you just focus on your breath and just have your breath be really simple and focus on your out breath through the mouth and let mother earth take all this stuck and heavy energy because she knows how to knows how to deal with this she knows how to transform it and she is happy to take it and feel how all this heaviness and this frustration and this anger is released from your body you don't have to attach a story to it you don't have to figure it out you don't have to know where this heaviness comes from you don't know how to solve this heaviness you can just let it move through you out of you through your belly button and let all of this loneliness go letting go of all the pain and if you need to yawn you can yawn if you need to cry you can let it out these are your body's mechanism of releasing heaviness and stuck energy and you can observe how this heaviness is carried out of you through your breath through your belly button and with each out breath you let a little bit more of the heaviness go you've been carrying this for so long and you don't need to anymore you can let it move through and let it move through you and if you want you can ask for help you can ask mother earth or any angels or any spirits the universe whatever you resonate with to help you release this ask that this heaviness is taken from you that you can't deal with this on your own any longer thank these beings for their support continue to breathe out and let this heaviness this pain this anger this frustration flow out of you and now slowly you can close this little opening in your belly button and feel all this earth energy in your body and if there is still some heavy energy that is totally fine you can feel into it if there is still this heavy story attached to it because sometimes we can have heaviness within ourselves but we don't always need a story we don't always need a reason or to know the reason why we feel this way you can just allow to feel whatever you feel right now and be kind to your world within if there is still some heaviness you could ask it if there is something it needs from you or if it just needs to be there a little longer or you can slowly wiggle your fingers and toes maybe move and move your head a little bit and slowly come back into this room back to the place where you're sitting or laying down and thank yourself for taking this time to release and surrender this load and open your eyes if you want any more meditations like this you can go to my profile here in inside timer and find the playlist that has all my english meditations i'd love to see you there and i'm sending lots of love bye
