Whether you are currently going through a tough time, want to learn how to feel your feelings without getting overwhelmed or seek to heal your deepest pain, this course provides the gentle container all our nervous systems need, in order to feel safe enough to heal. This is about meeting all of yourself where you are, without the pressure of having to fix yourself. It is about learning to move at your own pace and becoming the soft home for yourself, you may’ve been seeking without. I will equip you with tools to heal your loneliness and pain, thaw any numbness, cultivate more softness in your life, make friends with the unknown, and meet yourself with the most exquisite compassion so you can finally stop being so hard on yourself. Each part of this course reflects a chapter of my own journey in reparenting myself and tending to my nervous system with love. We will go slow and steadily, incorporating parts work (IFS), somatic and nervous system techniques, ensuring you’ll never feel overwhelmed as we softly address your aches and alchemize them into blooms. Meet your Teacher

Miriam Amavi is a trauma informed meditation teacher, podcaster, and certified in Inner Voice Facilitation and Applied Polyvagal Theory in Yoga For Trauma Recovery. For a long time, she viewed her sensitivity as a weakness, believing she needed to function better to fit into the world. It wasn't until she realized that this sensitivity was precisely what the world needed—that it craves the exquisite sensitivity within us all. She learned that resting and being gentle with oneself isn’t a weakness but essential for our well-being. Now, in her courses and meditations, she is teaching others to follow their heart and intuition, regulate their nervous system, and treat themselves with unconditional love. For how we treat ourselves is how we perceive our life.
