Please do not listen to this meditation while driving or operating machinery.
This meditation is here to guide you gently into rest,
Into ease,
Into the kind of sleep that restores and remembers who you are.
Listening regularly helps your nervous system unwind,
Your breath deepen,
And your subconscious open to healing.
Inner peace is your birthright.
You don't have to earn it,
Just receive it.
So get cozy,
Drop your expectations,
And let go of the day.
Let my voice guide you like the voice of a dear and trusted friend.
You are safe.
You are loved.
And you are powerful.
Set an intention for tonight's meditation.
Maybe something simple like I want to feel calm,
I want to reconnect with myself,
Or I want to remember I belong.
Start by taking a deep breath in through your nose,
And let it go slowly.
Let your shoulders fall as you exhale,
And one more in through your nose,
And let yourself sigh it out.
Now,
Bring your awareness to the top of your head.
Let it soften.
Soften your forehead.
Let your eyelids get heavy.
Unclench your jaw,
And let your toes sink into the ground.
Let your tongue rest.
Drop your shoulders.
Let your arms grow heavy.
Soften your chest and your belly.
Let them rise and fall with ease.
Relax your hips.
Let your thighs melt.
Unwind your knees.
Your calves.
Let your ankles release.
And feel your feet soften and your toes uncurl.
You are here.
You are ready to rest.
Now,
Imagine a gentle staircase made of stardust,
Leading downward into a glowing,
Peaceful garden.
Each step you take brings you deeper into rest,
Deeper into your own peace,
Guiding you into a quiet sanctuary where your soul can soften.
With every number I say,
You'll feel more at ease,
More open,
More safe.
20 19 Deeper now.
18 Body soft.
17 Breath slower.
16 Still.
15 14 Floating.
13 12 Let your thoughts melt away.
11 10.
Halfway down now.
Nine,
Eight,
Every cell relaxing seven,
Six,
Even slower,
Five,
Nothing to do.
Four,
Just being.
Three,
Two,
One.
You are home.
You are safe.
I am enough,
Just as I am.
My voice matters.
I move through life with quiet power.
I do not shrink to fit what others expect.
I trust myself more every day.
I am rooted in my worth.
My presence is my strength.
My presence makes a difference.
I deserve to feel light.
Joy lives in my body.
I allow pleasure,
Laughter,
And softness.
I open to moments of magic.
I let myself be surprised by goodness.
Joy is safe for me now.
I am safe in this moment.
My body knows how to rest.
I am not in danger.
My breath is an anchor.
I am held by something greater.
It is safe for me to let go.
I am enough,
Just as I am.
My voice matters.
I move through life with quiet power.
I do not shrink to fit what others expect.
I trust myself more every day.
I am rooted in my worth.
My presence makes a difference.
I deserve to feel light.
Joy lives in my body.
I allow pleasure,
Laughter,
And softness.

I am safe in this moment.

It is safe for me to let go.
You've done enough for today.
Let go of everything else.
Let your body remain soft.
Let your breath stay slow.
You are safe to rest.
You are safe to dream.
You are safe to release.
Let yourself drift now into the quiet,
Into the dark,
Into the soft center of your own being.
Nothing more to do.
Just sleep.
