Mel is a qualified 300+ hour yoga and yoga nidra teacher with a solid background in education. Her yoga classes include a blend of slow, strong and fluid movement connected with the breath to cultivate a sense of flow. Her meditations guide practitioners on a subtle journey through and beyond the body toward their authentic being and connectedness with life. Mel is motivated by social and environmental change issues and tells these stories through her acting work, preferably in another accent.
