Inhale deeply drawing in the essence of now and exhale releasing any frustration or impatience you may be carrying.

Feel the natural rhythm of your breath.

A steady cadence connecting you to the beauty of this moment.

As you settle into this moment imagine a soft golden light surrounding you.

This light symbolizes the energy of gratitude.

A warm and nurturing force that is ready to guide you on this journey.

With each breath let this light envelop you in a cocoon of appreciation.

Visualize yourself standing at the edge of a serene lake.

This lake is a mirror reflecting the blessings in your life.

As you breathe see the ripples of gratitude spreading across the surface acknowledging the abundance that surrounds you.

Now let's explore your gratitude journey.

Picture it as a winding path through a lush forest.

Each step is an opportunity to cultivate thankfulness.
