Explore MeditationNina holds a Masters degree in educational sciences and social work and is a certified 500h RYT /E-RYT 200h with Yoga Alliance. Yin Yoga is Nina's passion. She has completed various Yin Yoga Trainings and expands her knowledge continously. Recent trainings have been a MyoYin training with Yinspiration, a Yoga Nidra Training with Mel Cooper and Jennie Wadsten Sharma and many more. As she experienced the positive effects of Yoga, Meditation, Myofascial Release and Breath work as tools of stress reduction (physically and mentally) first hand, it is Nina’s wish to pass along those benefits to her students in a functional way to address their personal anatomy and needs. Nina currently teaches in person in Bonn, Germany as well as online. She offers Yin classes, MyoYin Workshops, 1:1 as well as her very own Yin Yoga TT.
