Guided meditation for healing your inner child.
Once you lie down in a comfortable position,
Close your eyes.
Relax your body.
Bring your awareness to every single part of your body.
Inhale,
And with an exhale,
Let go of all the tensions you hold in each one.
Start from your toes and travel up to your head.
One by one,
With engaging your breath,
Bring your attention to each body part.
With a deep breath,
Imagine a light relaxing you and releasing you from whatever you hold on this part of your body.
Breathe.
Breathe deeply and gently and relax.
Let go.
Once you feel relaxed in your body,
Imagine you are covered with a blanket of light,
Keeping you warm and safe during your journey.
Give your blanket of light a color,
A color in which you feel safe and protected.
Imagine you are becoming lighter and lighter and your blanket of light becomes like a bubble of light around you and takes you up above the sky.
Now,
Imagine yourself in a vast,
Beautiful blue sky.
Visualize yourself in your bubble of light,
In a vast,
Beautiful blue sky.
Floating in your bubble of light,
Find yourself protected by the father sky.
He holds you,
Protects you with his unconditional love.
You can trust his father.
You can open yourself to him and you can let go.
And let yourself be carried with the flow of the gentle wind inside your bubble of light.
You feel light and free.
Let the gentle wind carry you in the arms of the loving father sky.
Then slowly choose a place special to your heart on the beautiful earth where you want to land on.
It can be anywhere from a shore by the sea,
On an island,
On top of a mountain,
In a magical forest.
Just find a sacred place you feel joyful in and slowly land there with your bubble of light.
Once there,
If you feel protected,
You can let go of your bubble or you can choose to stay with it if it feels better for you.
Let yourself be free in the nurturing,
Unconditional love of the mother earth.
As you walk around this magical space,
You see from afar a tribe who is dancing.
How do you see this tribe?
How is it dancing?
How is it feeling?
How do you feel watching it?
What are the colors around it?
What is it wearing?
Are there people around it?
Are there animals or other beings?
What surrounds it?
Now,
Slowly,
Once you feel more confident and the child is also feeling trust in you,
Go there and start to dance with this magical child.
Do you recognize it?
Does it have a message for you?
Does it have a request from you?
Ask her or him how he likes you to dance her dreams.
Have some moments there.
Tell her that you are loving her with all your heart.
Look into her innocent eyes and tell her how much you love her and mean it.
I love you.
I love you just as you are.
From now on,
You are my first priority.
You can trust me.
I'll always be there to protect and love you.

Then slowly hug the wonderful loving child and let it go.
And watch this magical child dancing in joy.
Slowly go back to your bubble,
Lie in it,
And imagine yourself floating back to here and now.
Take a couple of deep breaths.
Feel your body.
Feel your presence in the room.
Breathe.
Then move your body slightly.
Stretch your body by bringing your hands on top of your head.
Take a deep inhale.
Then open your mouth and exhale deeply with a deep sound like.

Releasing your breath.
Then bend your knees.
Turn yourself to one side.
Hug yourself tight.
Stay there for some moment.
Then slowly sit up.
Stay with your eyes closed for a few more moments.
Then bring your head down and slightly open your eyes and bring your head up.
Turn your arms around yourself and give yourself a big juicy hug.
You deserve it.
Take a deep breath.
And come back.
You've been wonderful.
For some moments,
Dance with your breath.
Enjoy the feeling of being free,
Safe,
Loved,
And nurtured by you.

This magical,
