Growing up in Australia and having lived in Stockholm, London and now Lisbon, she has been exposed to various cultures, paces of life and styles of yoga. Jess strongly believes that at different times in our lives we need different tools to help us find balance. Through a commitment to her own practice she has seen the truly transformative power of yoga, breathwork and meditation. And it is her mission to share this with as many people as possible. Jess offers Meditation and Breathwork sessions and her goal is to create a welcoming space for students of all levels to feel at home and connect to the practices. With a focus on playfulness, compassion, and empowerment, Jess aims to help you find balance and embrace your own authentic self.
