Welcome.

Take a moment to settle into stillness.

Let your breath find its natural rhythm.

There's nothing you need to do.

Nothing to fix.

You're simply here,

Listening,

Breathing,

Being.

Let's begin by meeting this feeling of being stuck.

Not with judgement,

But with curiosity.

Ask yourself gently,

Where in my life do I feel stuck right now?

Where in my life do I feel stuck right now?

Don't rush to answer,

But just sit with the question and breathe into the space that opens.

What am I avoiding by staying here?

Is it fear of change?

Fear of failure?

Or maybe fear of success?

What am I avoiding by staying here?

And let the answer rise,

Even if they come without words.

Maybe they arrive as a sensation,

An image,

A knowing.

If I wasn't afraid,

What would I do next?

Let the response unfold without needing it to be clear or complete.

This practice isn't about fixing,

It's about listening.

If I wasn't afraid,

What would I do next?

Feel the breath again,

And exhale.

And now ask,

What is this stuckness trying to teach me?

Every pause,

Every block,

Every moment of stillness holds a message.

What wisdom might be hidden there?

What is this stuckness trying to teach me?

What am I ready to release right now?

A belief,

A version of their self that no longer fits,

A timeline that's no longer true.

What am I ready to release right now?

What part of me is still holding on?

Where does it live in your body?

Offer it compassion,

It's trying to protect you.

What part of me is still holding on?

Take a breath in through the nose,

And slowly out your mouth,

And imagine asking this question to your future self,

The version of you who has already moved through this,

Already grown,

Already healed.

What would they say to you right now?

What would they say to you right now?

Letting your own wisdom land,

And then letting all the questions dissolve.

Letting the mind rest,

And letting the breath soften.

Letting the space hold you.

Before we close,

Take one final breath.

Breathe in endless possibility,

And breathe out any limitation.

Even when you feel stuck,

Something inside you is still moving.

Trust that.

Trust that.

Thank you for being here.

May you meet yourself with honesty,

With courage,

And with love.

Namaste.
