Welcome to this meditation.
Be here and now.
Please place your feet on the ground and straighten your back and relax.
If you're laying down,
Surrender to the surface of the bed.
Take a big breath and let it out.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Now imagine a white light entering through your feet and passing slowly through your legs,
Abdomen,
Hands,
Chest and going out through the top of your head.
This light is your connection with divinity,
With the eternal moment of peace.
Be aware of the now.
Focus your attention on your breathing.
In and out.
You are one with the divine.
Your unique bright light of love,
Peace.
Focus.
Focus on your breathing.
In and out.
You're available and receptive with deep alertness,
Fully present,
Aware of the divinity within you.
Breathe in and out.
Let this divine presence go through you.
Embrace it.
Embrace the peace in the now.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Relax.
Connect with that part of you that never changes.
That part of you that is fully present,
Enjoying each moment in deep relaxation and peace.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
And relax.
You are one with the divine.
You are the divine.
You embrace the divine in others.
You are bliss and beauty.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Now very slowly bring your attention to your body.
And very gently start to move your feet,
Your hands.
And slowly,
Slowly open your eyes.
And with our hearts in the here and now,
